Wall Watchers - Overview A class of elemental spirit. While this group includes members with wildly different types, they share similar habits and abilities. As a group, they are very territorial and possessive spirits that jealously guard the area they believe to be theirs. Besides this, they are also generalized with abilities to incapacitate trespassers, and move both themselves and victims freely through their territory. They use these powers to hunt and ambush intruders, capturing them and removing them from their territory. Due to these abilities and habits, Wall Watchers are useful as guardians, especially in dungeons and labyrinths,

Anaboko-hebi Also called Ana-hebi. A form of snake spirit that seeks to possess people with unresolved desires. They enter the human body through a wound or orifice, like the mouth of a sleeping person, and make a nest in the gap or hollow of the victim's heart. Those possessed by Ana-hebi are Medusa, beings with snakes for hair which are used to feed on life energy and propagate the anaboko-hebi. The first major division of Anaboko-hemi is between wild and tamed spirits. The wild Ana-hebi will seek out those with strong, hidden desires like grudges or unspoken love, to feed and warm themselves on the energy given off by the person's soul.

The sisterhood of the heart. A cult found deep in the limestone caves beneath the sands of the Cirrian desert. Lead by the serpentine women known as Lamia and whispered to be mastered by an ageless gorgon, the sisterhood believes that their species were once powerful magical beings, and seek to transform themselves and revert back to these ancient forms, or failing that, serving them. They speak of old times, when the world was a single whole, and the mothers of the Lamia were great beasts of the earth, fearsome wurms that ruled and ravaged kingdoms, places turned to immortal stone, or swallowed and born anew, obedient to their new mother.
